Services Coordinator (Testing and Subsea)

Halliburton is seeking a Services Coordinator for its Testing and Subsea product service line in Georgetown, allocating equipment, materials and personnel across multiple job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine allocation of internal and external equipment, materials, and personnel across multiple job sites within the assigned area
• Communicate effectively with customers and service delivery staff to resolve service delivery issues and irregularities
• Review job proposals and assess service delivery requirements
• Create Sales Orders pursuant to contracts and pricing agreements for both scheduled and call-out jobs
• Communicate job-specific details and information to appropriate service delivery and support staff
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of individuals performing job / resource planning roles
• Coordinate the engagement and use of third-party services and equipment

Requirements/Qualifications

• Technical mechanical or electrical degree, or related
• Experience working as a subsea services coordinator
• Technical and/or operational expertise to provide service delivery solutions for customers
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory
• Willingness to relocate to Guyana
