Fleet Training Analyst

SBM Offshore is seeking a Fleet Training Analyst in Georgetown to coordinate safety and technical training for offshore employees in line with the training matrix and unit KPIs. SBM is seeking candidates who are Guyanese and living in Guyana.

Key Responsibilities

• Book safety and technical training courses for offshore employees based on the approved training matrix
• Support eLearning where applicable
• Handle training administration, COC renewals and Flag Endorsements
• Maintain orderly training files and records
• Monitor unit training KPIs and propose gap analysis action plans
• Coordinate additional training approved in Personnel Development Plans
• Review and verify crew training records

Requirements/Qualifications

• BAC +2 or equivalent in Human Resources or Administration
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior administration or HR role
• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas or Shipping industry
