Training & Development Specialist (Guyana and Suriname)

Halliburton is seeking two Training & Development Specialists to design and deliver learning programmes across Guyana and Suriname. Positions are available in Georgetown, Guyana and Paramaribo, Suriname.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and deliver technical, compliance and soft skills training
• Conduct training needs assessments with managers
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops and onboarding
• Maintain training calendars, materials, records and dashboards
• Monitor training effectiveness using evaluations and KPIs
• Support talent management initiatives and curriculum development
• Manage external training vendors and partners
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and labour requirements

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development or HR
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems
• Spanish and Portuguese are a plus
