Pump Attendant (Customer Service Attendant)

The Guyana Oil Company Limited (GUYOIL) is hiring Customer Service Attendants (Pump Attendants) for service stations across Georgetown and East Bank Demerara. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week on 8-hour rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Take tank measurements with station security at the start of shift
• Dispense gasoline, diesel and kerosene and sell cooking gas
• Promote current GUYOIL offers
• Process cash and card payments and reconcile at end of shift
• Monitor flowmeters and pressure gauges and report issues

Requirements/Qualifications

• Post-primary education
• Good cash-handling and reading skills
• Safety conscious
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• Customer service oriented
