Production Planner

TechnipFMC is hiring a Production Planner for its Subsea Services workshop in Georgetown. The role plans, coordinates and controls the flow of materials, work orders and service activities for maintenance, modification, repair and service projects. This is an onshore, office based position.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage service and work orders, including scheduling, dispatching and execution tracking
• Coordinate materials, components, assemblies and inventory across multiple projects
• Monitor material demand, inventory levels, shortages and delivery schedules against project milestones
• Maintain ERP master data, Bills of Materials (BOMs), service notifications and quality notifications
• Assess workshop capacity, build execution plans and optimise resource use
• Work with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and suppliers to resolve material and scheduling issues
• Prepare material status reports and escalate risks to schedule, quality or delivery

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Planning, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field
• About 3+ years of experience in production, material or supply chain planning, manufacturing or service operations
• Experience with work orders, production schedules, MRP and inventory control
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, including master data, BOMs and planning transactions
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem solving skills
