Business Development Manager

NES Fircroft is recruiting a Business Development Manager in Georgetown to grow its client portfolio across Guyana’s heavy industry, logistics and oil and gas sectors. This is a permanent, full-time position with a negotiable salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients in oil and gas, construction and logistics
• Register the company on vendor portals and prepare responses to RFQs and tenders
• Represent the company at industry events and on client sites
• Build and grow accounts with operators, contractors and government agencies
• Contribute to annual budget development and market analysis
• Uphold HSSEQ standards in all engagements

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline
• Five or more years in heavy industry, oil and gas or industrial services
• At least two years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Track record of building client networks and winning new accounts
• Strong commercial writing, negotiation and presentation skills
• Comfort with CRM and proposal software
