Human Resource Manager

Bryden pi Limited is recruiting a Human Resource Manager in Georgetown to lead the HR function across its consumer goods distribution business. This is a permanent, full-time, senior management position reporting to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding and succession planning
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and complaint resolution
• Keep HR policies aligned with Guyana labour legislation
• Design and update compensation, benefits and incentive programmes
• Oversee performance management and training
• Supervise the HR team and HR information system

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
• Minimum five years of HR experience, including three at a managerial level
• Industrial relations experience, including union engagement
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading an HR team
• Comfort with HRIS platforms and recruitment software
