Forklift Operator

Job Description
Junrui Trading (Guyana) Inc. is an international trading and retail enterprise located in Georgetown, specializing in general merchandise and commercial goods. We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Forklift Operator to assist with handling deliveries, stock movement, and organizing stock areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load and unload goods, boxes, and merchandise from delivery trucks and containers.
• Move and organize inventory efficiently within the store or stock area.
• Perform routine daily pre-operation inspections on the forklift (checking tires, brakes, fluid levels, and safety signals).
• Assist the team with general stock checks, inventory handling, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace.
• Adhere strictly to all workplace safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid Forklift Operator Certification or License recognized in Guyana.
• At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience operating forklifts safely in a commercial, retail, or trading environment.
• Good spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to handle merchandise with care.
• Punctual, reliable, safety-oriented, and able to work well with others.
