Valuation Field Officers

Job Description / Duties

Assisting Valuation Officers in training subordinates, inspecting properties, preparing and serving notices of intended surveys, computing land and building area, giving evidence at appearances/appeals, determining market value of properties for sale or rental.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Diploma in Building and Civil Construction, Building and Civil Construction Certificate, Certificate in Architectural Drawing or other relevant qualification from a recognized tertiary institution
