Job Description / Duties

Providing a sound basis for accurate/fair assessment by the Guyana Revenue Authority and Local Government Authorities on properties owned by government, private agencies and individuals with respect to estate duty, property tax, rating, compulsory acquisition and rental/sale.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Architectural and Building Technology, Land Surveying, Land Administration and Management or other relevant field from a recognized university
• Relevant experience an asset
