Store Supervisor

Unicomer Group is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily sales operations, staff performance, merchandising, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch and sales operations.
• Support inventory control, stock counts, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate sales transactions and customer bookings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Train, coach, and support team members.
• Monitor branch performance and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, or related field.
• Minimum three years’ supervisory experience in a customer service environment is an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
