Unicomer Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the registration and processing of motorbikes while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain motorbike registration records.
  • Verify registration documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and organize physical and electronic files.
  • Communicate with customers, branches, dealers, and regulatory agencies regarding registration matters.
  • Prepare reports and update registration databases.
  • Assist with requisition orders and registration updates.
  • Provide professional customer support by phone and email.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum five CXC O Level subjects including Mathematics and English.
  • 1–2 years’ administrative experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
