Unicomer Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the registration and processing of motorbikes while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain motorbike registration records.
- Verify registration documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and organize physical and electronic files.
- Communicate with customers, branches, dealers, and regulatory agencies regarding registration matters.
- Prepare reports and update registration databases.
- Assist with requisition orders and registration updates.
- Provide professional customer support by phone and email.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum five CXC O Level subjects including Mathematics and English.
- 1–2 years’ administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
