Unicomer Group is seeking a Customer Relation Agent to provide administrative and customer support while assisting with claims processing, invoicing, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

  • Process warranty claims and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare customer and supplier invoices.
  • Monitor stock movement and inventory records.
  • Follow up on customer accounts and receivables.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and departmental documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Service Centre team.
  • Deliver professional customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Minimum five CXC/GCE subjects including Mathematics and English.
  • Previous customer service or clerical experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills.
  • Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
