Trade Marketing Specialist

Simextra Trading is hiring a Trade Marketing Specialist at its Providence, East Bank Demerara base. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role covers trade audits, distributor programmes, volume-discount schemes, roadshow execution and sales analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct store and trade audits across Georgetown, East Bank and East Coast Demerara
• Develop and manage distributor programmes and volume-discount schemes
• Plan and execute roadshows and in-store activations
• Analyse sell-through data and report on product performance
• Work with the sales team to meet targets

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• At least three years of experience in trade marketing, sales or brand management (FMCG preferred)
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
