Customer Support Officer and Driver

Interlinc International Guyana Inc. is hiring a full-time Customer Support Officer and Driver at its Eccles, East Bank Demerara base. The role combines delivery routing with front-line customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan delivery routes and check loads before dispatch
• Keep goods secure in transit and serve customers at each delivery
• Complete paperwork for mileage, delivery confirmations and transactions
• Resolve or escalate customer disputes professionally
• Submit daily summary reports to management

Requirements/Qualifications

• Five CXC passes including Mathematics and English, or a sound secondary education
• At least two years of sales experience
• Computer literacy in Excel and Word
• Good oral and written communication
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s licence
• Must own a vehicle
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
