Merchandiser

Demerara Distillers Limited & Subsidiaries (DDL) is seeking applications from interested persons with the requisite requirements, for the position of Merchandiser to service the West Coast Berbice area.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure products are adequately stocked on shelves, coolers, and display units, and replenish inventory as required.
• Arrange and merchandise products according to company standards, ensuring displays are attractive, organised, and maximise product visibility.
• Check stock levels, monitor product expiration dates, rotate stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method, and report shortages or damaged products.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school (no CSEC required)
• Excellent customer service skills & experience in sales would be an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours
