Muneshwers Limited is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily retail operations in our fast-paced events store. The ideal candidate must be passionate about customer service, highly organized, and capable of leading a team to deliver exceptional shopping experience. This role requires strong leadership, product knowledge, and the ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism and knowledge of merchandising and store presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the store floor.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team to ensure excellent customer service at all times.
  • Ensure all customers receive prompt, professional, and friendly service.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product displays.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Support promotional activities, in-store events, and seasonal displays.
  • Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and business goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail/store management (minimum 5–10 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and branding.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
