DEEP Program Guyana 2027

Halliburton’s Development Excellence Engineer Program (DEEP) is a highly selective program for high potential recent graduates who want hands on experience in the energy industry. Participants work alongside experienced professionals and build a strong foundation for a long term energy career.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, such as engineering, geoscience, mathematics, IT or a related field
• Recent graduate, with 0 to 2 years since graduation
• Interest in a career in the energy or oil and gas industry
• Curiosity about and willingness to learn artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies
• Available to travel as the program requires and available for full time work
• Current resident of Guyana
