IT Support Technician

IMON Wireless Solutions Inc. is hiring an IT Support Technician at its Bel-Air Park office, Georgetown. The role covers wired, wireless and VSAT satellite network support for staff and clients, with travel to remote sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the company’s information systems and staff
• Design, install and support wired and wireless infrastructure
• Install structured cabling, conduit and trunking at client premises
• Install and support VSAT satellite links at remote sites

Requirements/Qualifications

• CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent
• At least two years of experience in computer network operation and maintenance
• Familiarity with Ubiquiti and Mikrotik equipment
• Structured cabling experience
• Valid driver’s licence (cars and vans)
• Police clearance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
