Duty-Free Floor Coordinator

Simextra Group is hiring a Duty-Free Floor Coordinator for its retail operation at Cheddi Jagan International Airport, Timehri. Reporting to the DF Supervisor, the coordinator supervises cashiers, ensures transaction accuracy and handles customer questions and complaints.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cashiers and daily duty-free floor operations
• Ensure accuracy of transactions and end-of-shift cash reconciliation
• Handle customer questions and complaints
• Keep the sales area organised and running smoothly during peak flight times
• Work weekend and holiday shifts as scheduled

Requirements/Qualifications

• High school diploma (retail or supervisory training preferred)
• At least two years of experience in retail or a customer-facing role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail
