Marketing Manager

Job Description / Duties

• Responsible for managing the Bank’s marketing initiatives
• Conceptualising and planning communication and content reflecting the brand style and corporate values
• Oversee production of promotional materials and marketing campaigns
• Research and analyse market trends, demographics, and competitor products
• Manage corporate communications and public relations across all media platforms and special events
• Collaborate with different teams for optimal marketing solutions
• Mentor and develop a team of marketing professionals

Qualifications/Requirements

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project Management or related field from a recognized University

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a similar role
• Previous banking/financial institution experience an asset
• Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills
• Strong track record of business development
• Good understanding of marketing, social media marketing and data analytics
• Leadership experience with track record of building high-performing teams
