Unicomer Group is seeking a Customer Relation Agent to provide administrative and customer support while assisting with claims processing, invoicing, and inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare customer and supplier invoices.
- Monitor stock movement and inventory records.
- Follow up on customer accounts and receivables.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and departmental documents.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Centre team.
- Deliver professional customer service and support.
Requirements
- Minimum five CXC/GCE subjects including Mathematics and English.
- Previous customer service or clerical experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills.
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
