Muneshwers Limited is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily retail operations in our fast-paced events store. The ideal candidate must be passionate about customer service, highly organized, and capable of leading a team to deliver exceptional shopping experience. This role requires strong leadership, product knowledge, and the ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism and knowledge of merchandising and store presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the store floor.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Ensure all customers receive prompt, professional, and friendly service.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product displays.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Support promotional activities, in-store events, and seasonal displays.
- Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail/store management (minimum 5–10 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and branding.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
