Parts Sales Representative

Job Description
AHMI (Agri Heavy Machinery Inc.) is seeking a Parts Sales Representative to handle the sale of heavy machinery spare parts at its Georgetown showroom. The role involves sales forecasting, tracking targets, planning and reporting, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Secondary school certificate (CXC or equivalent)
• Mechanical/technical understanding of heavy machinery such as excavators, with the ability to discuss features, maintenance and performance
• Familiarity with spare parts, warranties and after-sales service
• Ability to interpret product specifications
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally in construction, heavy equipment, industrial machinery or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused, with good planning and reporting skills
• Computer literate (MS Office Word and Excel)
