Barista

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages, while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to company standards.
3. Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely.
4.Take customer orders accurately and process payments (cash, card, or digital).
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
6.Restock supplies such as cups, milk, syrups, and coffee beans.
7.Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
8. Assist with opening and closing duties of the café.
9. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a Barista or in food & beverage service (preferred but not required; training will be provided).
2. Strong customer service and communication skills.
3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions.
5. Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
6. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
