Construction Supervisor, Roads & Infrastructure

Aris Mining Toroparu Inc. is hiring a full-time Construction Supervisor for Roads and Infrastructure at its Toroparu Gold Project site in Region 7, Cuyuni-Mazaruni. The supervisor oversees contractor performance on roads, earthworks, drainage, culverts and bridges.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors on roads, earthworks, drainage, culverts and bridge works
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and method statements
• Enforce safety on remote construction sites
• Carry out quality checks and call out rework where needed
• Track progress against schedule and support budget management
• Maintain field records, daily reports and documentation

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 7 to 10+ years of construction experience on large-scale projects
• Experience supervising contractors on remote sites
• Expertise in roads, earthworks, drainage, culverts and bridges
• Greenfield mining project experience preferred
• Strong field leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
