Branch Managers

Zoon Logistics is expanding, and we’re looking for dynamic, results-driven professionals to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Lead, schedule, and coach a team of Fulfillment Agents and a Branch Driver.
• Oversee cash handling, cashier balancing, and daily financial reporting.
• Manage cargo, inventory, and bond counts while resolving discrepancies.
• Drive monthly sales performance and achieve new customer sign-up targets.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Management experience in retail, logistics, customer service, or a related industry.
• Strong cash-handling and reconciliation skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computers, Google Sheets/Excel, and POS systems.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and achieve targets.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, accountability, and high integrity.
• Flexibility to work peak hours, including some evenings and weekends.
