Site Maintenance Superintendent

Aris Mining Toroparu Inc. is hiring a Site Maintenance Superintendent to plan, coordinate and oversee all maintenance at project sites, facilities and assets safely, efficiently and in compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site maintenance and operations teams
• Run preventive and corrective maintenance programmes
• Improve equipment reliability
• Coordinate with operations
• Manage budgets, spares and contractors
• Enforce H&S, permit-to-work and JSA
• Carry out root-cause analysis
• Keep maintenance records and scheduling
• Oversee site construction and maintenance
• Lead safety inspections and toolbox talks

Requirements/Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance Management
• 7 to 10 years’ maintenance experience with supervisory responsibility
• Industrial, mining or energy experience preferred
• Mechanical, electrical and instrumentation knowledge
• OSHA compliance
• Budget control
