Machine Technician

Demerara Distillers Limited is seeking a Machine Technician to operate plant machinery, coordinate maintenance and parts management, and keep accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate plant machinery in line with work instructions, equipment manuals and ISO 9001 standards
• Comply with safety, hygiene and cleanliness requirements
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and verify completion of job requests
• Ensure machine parts are safely stored and accessible
• Maintain log sheets, requisitions and other documentation
