Café Bellvana – a community-driven lifestyle café and catering company in Georgetown’s heart – is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative & Operations Coordinator.
This is a key role working directly with the business owner to support administration, client coordination, supplier management, basic accounting, and operational follow-through. Duties span filing and document management, invoice and quotation preparation, bookkeeping support, client and supplier communication, HR record-keeping, and preparation of weekly management reports.
Requirements:
– Business Administration degree or similar, with relevant experience; OR a minimum of 5 years in an operations support role
– Strong organisational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
– Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
– Marketing or social media experience is an asset
– Seeking a dependable, mature self-starter
