A visitor can choose to become a member without necessarily posting a job or resume; also, a user may choose to be a free or fee-based job or resume poster. When a visitor opens an account at JOBS.GY we collect personal information including, but not limited to, name, company name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and password, and, should the account holder choose to upgrade to a paid post, the member enters into a financial transition with us and at that point we may collect their billing address, credit card or other payment information. This information is used to create and maintain accounts as well as for contacting the members in case of any problems with accounts, and to provide technical support, conduct surveys and other similar activities.

It is our policy, except as noted below, not to sell, trade, lease, give away, share, or otherwise release your personal information or private company information.

Job Posts, company name, address, telephone number, email address and any data that constitutes a published ‘job post’ as outlined in site offerings, is not considered private. If any institution or person is listed on the site and wishes that their published information be removed or corrected, they should contact us by email to our published email address and we shall remove or correct such information immediately on receiving the notification.

We do not knowingly collect personal data or information from minors.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Possible exceptions to our policy include the following circumstances:

Also by becoming an account holder and providing us with your email address, you provide expressed consent to JOBS.GY and Kiskadee Media Inc. to add your email address to our promotional mailing list and you are automatically subscribed to any and all promotional emails and newsletters.
