The Restorative Justice Officer focuses on the provision of an alternative proactive approach to the current one-dimensional approach to the problem of crime and criminality. This role brings together those harmed and those responsible for the harm through joint involvement, enabling everyone affected to participate in finding a positive way forward. Works under general supervision of the Senior Restorative Justice Officer.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Social Sciences/Arts or equivalent (preferred but not compulsory);
- Relevant working experience in community/welfare-related areas.
