The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer works closely with the IT Department to ensure a fully functional Restorative Justice Centre impact hub, ensuring the platform operates as a proficiently managed evidence-generating database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the IT Department to ensure a fully functional restorative justice centre impact hub.
- Ensures the platform operates as a proficiently managed evidence-generating database.
- Highlights performance visibility and systematic outcome measurement.
- Establishes and maintains an audit trail.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Public Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or Law from a recognized University.
- Plus three (3) years’ experience in data management (if only a Diploma, five (5) years’ experience required).
- Ability to demonstrate an excellent understanding of Monitoring & Evaluation principles.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of statistical software and understanding of Restorative Justice processes, community engagement and stakeholder collaboration advantageous.
