Junior IT Support Specialist

Elite Protection Services, part of the Elite Group of Companies, is seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support.

The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting the installation and maintenance of networks and CCTV systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Responsibilities include understanding computer systems and networking, familiarity with Windows OS, strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

– Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar preferred

– Experience or exposure to networking and CCTV systems

– Previous internship or entry-level IT support experience is an advantage
