Job Description

Role of Post:

The Inbound Logistics Associate is responsible within the Procurement Supply chain organisation for executing and managing the day-to-day inbound logistics and customs back office operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Invoice review, verification and Service Entry Sheet (SES) creation
  • Customs bond stewardship
  • Review of Customs Bank drafts requests
  • Customs duties and fees verification and reconciliation
  • Bank drafts administration
  • Customs pre-payment account reconciliation
  • Liaise and interface with Freight Forwarder and Customs brokers

Job Requirement

  • Accounting or auditing qualification and experience
  • Logistics and customs experience/interface
  • Strong ethics, integrity, controls, and safety awareness
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
