Auto Electrician (GNIC)

Job Description
The Guyana National Industrial Company Incorporated (GNIC) is seeking an experienced Auto Electrician. Duties include:

• Diagnosing electrical problems with stackers, cranes, forklifts, haulers and light vehicles
• Repairing and maintaining damaged electrical parts for stackers, cranes, haulers and forklifts

Requirements/Qualifications

• Auto Electrician Qualification Certificate from the Government Technical Institute (G.T.I.), Government Industrial Training Centre (G.I.T.C.) or Port Mourant Training Centre (P.M.T.C.)
• Proven work experience as an Auto Electrician, with at least five (5) years of experience
• Advanced knowledge of modern vehicular electrical systems
• Ability to operate electrical diagnostic equipment
