Kitchen Nutritionist

G Mining Ventures is hiring a Kitchen Nutritionist for its Oko Gold Mines project site. This is a rotational position working 14 days on and 7 days off.

Job Description

• Assess nutritional needs and develop care plans
• Assist with menu planning and the introduction of new recipes in line with food guidelines
• Support the development, delivery, evaluation and quality assurance of the integrated food service
• Provide nutritional expertise for menu planning
• Empower kitchen employees to adopt positive lifestyle changes through health education and nutritional counselling

Requirements/Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with kitchen teams, other departments and service providers
• Professional presentation, enthusiasm and adaptability
• An innovative approach to the role
