ICT Implementation Specialist (Individual Consultant)

The Government of Guyana (Ministry of Health) has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Health Care Network Strengthening (HCNS) in Guyana. Seeking an ICT Implementation Specialist.

Job Description:
The consultant will provide technical support and quality assurance for the implementation of health information systems; conduct stakeholder engagement; troubleshoot and fix issues within the information systems; work with multi-disciplinary components; provide end-user support and training on how to use digital devices and software products. Duration: one (1) year with possibility of renewal. Loan No.: GY-L1080. Selection Process: QCNI.

Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized University;
Minimum three (3) years proven work experience in deployment and configuration of IT solutions or an IT support role, preferably in the health sector.
